We want you to LOVE your purchase and feel good knowing every stitch is made with love and skilled craftsmanship. Please choose your shoes carefully as we do not offer a refund on items unless they are faulty or if you provide us with measurements and shoes come back a different size. You will be able to exchange your shoes for a different pair or change in size. If your product is faulty upon arrival we will endeavour to get a replacement sent out or issue a refund.
We can offer an exchange for another item (within 14 days) but you will need to cover shipping costs to send the item back. Returns need to happen within 14 days of receiving your product. If you have any concerns or queries about the product please do reach out to us at info@sandydays.co.nz and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
A lot of our products ship from Tauranga, New Zealand. However most of our shoes are made to order. In the description section of each product it will state if the product is being sent out from New Zealand or directly from our factory in Indonesia if you have ordered a pre-order item.
We are currently posting Worldwide. Shipping times are 1-3 days throughout New Zealand if the item/s are being shipped from us directly. Shipping time to Australia is 4-8 days. Shipping to the rest of the world is 8-12 days. Please allow more time for rural deliveries. Postage is $9.99 for all New Zealand orders, $18.00 to Australia on orders under $249. For the rest of the world it is $32.95. Please note international shipping is not able to be tracked.
